Job Description

Commercial Catering EngineerSalary up to £50,000 + BenefitsA successful entrepreneurial family company is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to head looking to employ a high calibre, full time Engineer with a "can do" attitude to maintain and attend to repairs of the commercial catering equipment in our KFC restaurants in the Midlands and Yorkshire. The equipment comprises mostly of 8 Head Henny Pennys, open fryers, toasters and holding unitsYou will be an experienced Engineer with experience in the following areas:

  • Familiar with diagnosing and completing these repairs as well as being able to carry out preventative maintenance, sourcing spare parts/seals.
  • You will be commercial in making decisions and managing budgets/costs for parts

  • Having leadership qualities, as well as working effectively alon
  • Ensuring equipment are well maintained and costs are well controlled
  • You will need to have your own tools and testing equipment and be prepared to travel to all our restaurants which may occasionally involve limited overnight travel.
