Job Description

The Company:

The Role:
  • Providing training and clinical expertise for ventilators.
  • Working from home and visiting hospitals in line with NHS requirements.
  • This includes training, education, evaluations and follow up visits.
  • Implementation of all key programs and tools.
  • Plan clinical support activity to effect growth and maintain the safe and effective use of products.
  • Create and update all training documentation for ventilation customers.
  • Seek new opportunities within accounts whilst training.
  • Preparation and execution of customer training workshops.
  • Support promotional activity as directed by sales management.
  • Train and educate throughout the whole sales cycle, address clinical questions and issues.
  • The areas this role is covering are: North of England with occasional visits to the South to support the Southern CAS.
  • £45K-£55k salary, electric car, pension, healthcare
The Ideal Person:
  • Ideally will have commercial experience in a similar role.
  • Must have ITU/ICU nursing experience and good working knowledge of ventilators.
  • Ideally you will have NICU or PICU experience although not essential.
  • Presentation skillsessential.
  • Ability to deliver training / coaching programmes.
  • Strong organisational skillsessential.
  • Ability to master technical knowledge regarding product and its clinical use- essential.
  • The ability to create training documentation using existing frameworks- essential.
  • IT skills with experience in the use of MS Office Software and Web Internet based communication.essential.
