Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Welcome & Service Assistant, plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service.The Contract: PermanentThe Pay: £17,375 ProratedThe Hours: This role is based on 800 annualisedhours. The amount of hours you work each month may vary. Will be 2 days a week and atleast one weekend. The location is quiet, so youll need your own transport to get here.There are 3 catering outlets; The Conservatory Caf, The Dolls House and Catering Kiosk for all visitors to enjoy a bit to eat! There are a series of impressiveformal gardens with far-reaching views, an abundance of bedding change throughout the seasons and an intimate Rose Garden for those wanting a little bit of peace and tranquility.What youll be doingAs the largest conservation charity in Europe we work hardto raise funds, so that we can continue to care for all the heritage in our trust. Visitors are a vital part of what we do, so youll be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to all our visitors, every day. As a Welcome & Service Assistant,its your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of the day.Youll be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit.Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. Working with our spirit of place youll work with the visitor welcome team to link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do.Youll deliver high standards of presentation at theproperty, and ensure all our communications with our visitors are clear and consistent, from the first click on the website, to the posters and signs around the property.Who were looking for Can demonstrate an empathetic, understanding and adaptable approachto different peoples needs, with a passion to deliver the highest standards of customer care. Proven experience of working to measurable targets Good team worker- flexible and adaptable and willing to grow experience and skillset across several differentoperation aspects of the property Skilled listener with great people skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Well organised and able to work with minimum supervisionFull UK driving licence (This role will involves driving some of the estate vehiclesto carry out tasks around the estate and to reach woodland car parks, where public transport is limited or unavailable. Please ensure youre able to fulfil these travel requirements).
