Explore over 100 acres of traditional landscape gardens originally laid out by Capability Brown and Humphry Repton in the 18th Century.What youllbe doingYoull be responsible for delivering the day-to-day operations of the visitor experience at Sheffield Park, this may involve working in our reception welcoming visitors, promoting events and fundraising opportunities, or it could be helping out inour car park and shops at busy times.Through being fully immersed in the visitor journey youll have a first hand exposure as to how you can enable a broad range of visitors to have an outstanding experience at the property, feeding into the longer term propertybusiness plan and programme of events.As a champion of exceptional visitor experiences, youll join a high performing, passionate team and will regularly be involved in the duty management rota helping run the visitor operation.Its a significant role at abusy property and we need someone who can take on a challenge. To deliver this role successfully, youll need to have: A flexible customer focused approach, with high standards of customer service Excellent people skills, enabling strong relationships Whereasyou wont be leading a team in this role, were looking for someone who has the confidence to co-ordinate the team at busy times Experience of working in a busy environment and managing own workload Great organisation and planning skills, and a good eye fordetail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
