The programme is a European Social Fund (ESF) match funded programme which is designed to support both unemployed and economicallyinactive participants, the aim being to progress them to job search readiness or into paid employment.Our Employment Coaches will provide into work support for adult participants in a range of community and employer settings, with the support of local labour market information to help make informed career decisions. There will be a needto engage in a sensitive and targeted approach to building skills, confidence and helping people become more employable. As a trainee Coach you willComplete the L4 IAG qualification within the first 12 months in the role.Employment Coaches must hold a current, clean driving license, and have access to a vehicle.
