Job Description

The role You’ll be responsible for managing the sales strategy for our client’s Critical Care product line across North East England and Scotland by consistently achieving or over-achieving targets. This portfolio would focus on Airway-Management spending time acrossTheatre and ICU’s with a mixture of clinically supporting as well as prospecting new business.You will go the extra mile to exceed patient expectations and approach all sales initiatives with a patient safety first’ ethos and drive this throughout the team. Responsibilities include:

  • Hit and exceed targets
  • Generate a high volume of sales activity
  • Forecast your business potential
  • Learn new industry and market information
  • Engage in strategic business planning
  • Provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership
The requirements You’ll have 2+ years of medical sales experience, as well as:
  • Degree-level educated
  • Incredible initiative and roadblocks are motivators to overcome barriers
  • You are consistently motivated in the pursuit of new business
  • Experience gained in theatre, ICU or relevant
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management
  • Passionate about medical technology to improve and save patient lives
  • Excellent clinical acumen and decision-making skills
