Job Description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced TBM to join a specialist provider within their operating room solutions wound care range.The successful candidate will support financial and strategic territory goals by driving revenue goals from the assigned customers through selling to clinical staff (Surgeons, Theatre Managers, Theatre Nurses, and other related HCPs). The TBM drives theselling, penetration and use in all assigned accounts.Apply today!Responsibilities:As a Territory Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by Achieving account-level sales and penetrationobjectives, Developing, and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (Surgeons, Theatre Managers, Theatre Nurses, and other related HCPs), Improving knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers. The territory you willbe covering will be Leeds, Bradford, York, , Sunderland, Newcastle, and everything in between.About You:The successful candidate will ideally be a sales professional or a TVN with a background in the healthcare industry. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to interact successfully with the customer and to sell, teach and train in the specialisedAdvanced Wound Therapy marketplace.

  • Proven NHS sales experience is essential
  • Medical or clinical background preferred but not essential
  • Life science or Business Degree or equivalent required
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Very good relationship building skills
  • Team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Highly effective influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation and education skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
  • Solution oriented
