These roles provide coverfor vacancies and sickness and therefore have no minimum guaranteed hours.Casual staff have the flexibility to work when they choose to be available.At Meadowfield we work hard toensure thatall of our pupils make excellent progress, and we continually seekto improve the wellbeing of both pupils and staff. We encourage all of our employeesto further their career development and we respect initiative and ambition.We need Teaching Assistants towork as part of a team of adults in each class. Some experience of workingwithpupils with special educational needs would be an advantage, though notessential, as training will be given. The successful candidate could berequired to work anywhere across the school, from our nursery up to 6th form. From all staff we expectcommitmentto the school and a desire to improve and excel. The hourly rate for these rolesis£9.55 with an additional SEN allowance of 78p per hour. Each day is 6 workinghours from 9am to 3:30pm.
