Dependent upon experience there is the opportunity to be involved in HR related projects.The OpportunityA role in recruitment is incredibly fast-paced and dynamic, requiring hard work, determination and perseverance, but the results are extremely rewarding. People are at the heart of our business and the Talent Partner plays an integral part in building and maintainingboth our culture and continued commercial success. Core elements of the role include:Review all applications to work for Nigel Wright in line with our values and core competencies from:

    1. Web adverts
    2. Internal referrals
  1. Make initial calls to applicantsand, using your judgement, provide a brief assessment on those youprogress.
  2. Manage the timely administration of the 3 interview stages, ensuring feedback is provided by all involved and consolidated on the appropriate forms / emails
  3. Provide a weekly update to management on pipeline
  4. Work with marketing and management on university events.
  5. Headhunting
Dependant upon experience and professional aspiration there is the opportunity to be involved in some general HR activities which include:
  1. Coordinate new starter on-boarding induction and training
  2. Various administrative HR tasks
  3. Various HR advisor tasks dependant upon experience
The PersonThe ideal candidate will have a background in agency or in-house recruitment or, will be an HR professional with experience of recruitment as part of their role.
