Here at Discovery we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Support Worker team in Castle Cary.Why join us Weekends Only. £9.18 perhour, £30.50 per sleep in. 30 days annual leave pro-rata (including bank holidays). Discovery is proud to be one of the very few social care organisations that are members of the Great Places To Work programme 2021.About the role:As a Support Worker at The Maples we support 6 people with multiple learning disabilities, the philosophyof the home is to include and involve people in their lives as much as possible. We support with all aspects of daily living including personal care, financial support and health and well being, we are situated close to the town centre and have a regular presencewithin our local community, linking in with local activities regularly.Discovery exists to help each person we support to live a fulfilling life, to be equal in society and to be active in his or her local community.
