Job Description

Location: Cirencester Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week - flexibility required Monday to Sunday between 0900 and 1700) Contract type: Permanent Salary: £16,631 per annum Could you create a vibrant window of the British Red Cross in the heart of CirencesterWe are looking for a Shop Manager who will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of a customer focused shop team in Cirencester. With retail supervisory experience and an ability to get the best out of an amazing team, youll have the opportunityto leave your imprint on your store. With complete autonomy, youll oversee the day to day running of the shop and decide upon the perfect layout and atmosphere. Youll also be responsible for achieving store profits and targets, and inducting, training andmanaging new staff and volunteers. Together, youll create a shop that will uphold the British Red Cross image and reputation, and help us raise vital funds to support people in crisis.Helping people in crisis begins at your local charity shop Full of gifts,clothes and even the odd vintage gem, our 330 shops across the UK are home to over 6,500 volunteers and 700 paid staff. Youve got retail experience at supervisory level. You can deliver outstanding customer service and youre comfortable with organisational and cash handling duties too.
