Assists the President in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. The Senior VP of Operations provides the leadership, managementand vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. This positionwill be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination among various departments to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Candidates will be taking an assessment about basic manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations.
  • Candidates will be required to prepare two 90 day plans, detailing what they plan to accomplish during their first 90 and 180 days in the role.
  • This will be a multi-interview position, conducted by several different members of the senior leadership team.

  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance management team by providing guidance, support and opportunities for professional growth and development; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
  • Lead the customer care performance as the customer care officer through direct contact with customers and partners.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Encourage collaboration and effective communication among different departments, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, finance, and sales, to drive organizational alignment and achieve common goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to align operational goals with the companys overall business objectives, ensuring efficient manufacturing, effective distribution, and optimized retail operations.
  • Work with Director of Manufacturing to oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and process optimization to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee the Director of Purchasing in streamlining supply chain operations, from sourcing raw materials to managing inventory levels, distribution, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective supply chain management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the Director of Distribution in implementing strong strategies in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics to reduce lead times and improve order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Strategize with the VP of Store Operations to lead them in coordinating retail operations, including store management, sales performance analysis, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the Director of Sales in developing strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets, new market opportunities, and strengthening the relationships with key accounts. Monitor sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights to drivesales growth and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Work with the Director of OMS to ensure the order management process, from order to fulfillment ensures accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that LCI Services SLAs, standard operating procedures and performance metrics drive service excellence. Oversee the Services team(s) in implementing strategies to enhance service revenue and streamline services operations.
  • Work closely with Quality and Safety to ensure product excellence and adherence/compliance to industry standards.
  • Review, approve and adhere to budgets for operational departments, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs effectively.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential disruptions or challenges, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
  • Work with IT to evaluate and implement new technologies, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency, inventory management, and supply chain visibility.
  • Develop contingency plans and strategies for managing crises, such as supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
