You will oversee the legal real estate and treasury/development work of the legal team and act as Real Estate Solicitor within the business and oversee the work of Real Estate Solicitors,Paralegals, and Trainee Solicitors.You will supervise Trainee Solicitors in all aspect of real estate matters and ensure staff within the organisation are kept informed of legal or regulatory change and requirements, disseminating information and trainingstaff.To be successful, you will have the ability to understand and interpret complex legal information pertinent to the provision of in-house legal services.You will have experience carrying out and overseeing real estate casework and treasury and developmentlegal matters in both resident and commercial transactions. You will have sound understanding of Homes England regulations in respect of property disposals.You will have experience of supervising trainee solicitors and delivering training to solicitors andstakeholders across sectors.
