This has never been more relevant that it is today.A key part of Life is the science centre, which opened in May 2000. It is the science centre for the North. Our varied and exciting engagement programme serves families, schools, adults, pre schoolersand teenagers.We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic professional with experience managing programmes and teams in an informal learning environment or visitor attraction. You will manage the development and delivery of an innovative and high-quality experiencefor visitors. You will be audience focused, have exceptional customer service skills and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the programme. You will motivate and inspire the Programme and Explainer teams so that they connect our visitors withSTEM, develop skills and aspirations and above all have great fun during their visit. Excellent communication and strong management skills are essential. Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check.
