Job Title: Project Manager (Operations)Req ID: 182336BRLocation(s): Portsmouth This role as a Project Manager, you will be working on the functions of:Management of Final Assembly & Test ActivitiesManagement of RepairsManagement of Operations Work in Progress(WiP) under Work OrdersResponsibilities/DutiesNew Assembly & Test OperationsSet up and Management of RANOP operations team comprising, assembly and test persons, conducting repair, assembly and test activities.Management of operational processes includingcontinuous improvement.Provide Basis of Estimates (BoE) for operations activities - interpret Requirements, estimate material and labour costs and timescales.Creation and management of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in SAPCreation and management of NET planwith project parts list and schedule (including creation and management of BoMs in SAP)Scheduling and procurement, creation of purchase requisitions for stock transport ordersExecution of stock transport orders or direct procurement of componentsCreationand managing of Assembly & Test documentationManagement of WiP Work Orders costs and reporting including EAC and Actuals on completion.Coordination or resources with RANOP Project Managers and Engineering Manager to contribute to the consolidated RANOP forwardload management.Management of assembly and operations resources and coordination of work.Management of assembly and operations storage spaces, assets and facilitiesManagement of defect reporting and corrective actions for operations activities.Managing synchronisationof processes between RANOP and Kiel Operations.Interface with internal customers with respect to issues.RepairsAs required Perform Test & Repair of returned items through Logistics Work OrdersMaintain records of configuration instructions and test procedures.Maintainrecords of defects and repairsEducation requirementsExperience in Production or Project ManagementVocational Training requirementsAssociated Project Management Best PracticeSAP experience in an operations contextAbout Raytheon UKWith facilities in Broughton,Waddington, Glenrothes, Harlow, Gloucester, Manchester and a presence across customer sites together with remote working practices.
