Job Description

Pay: Competitive - depending uponexperience Start Date: Immediate Do you have a can-do attitude Areyou passionate about improving the life chances and outcomes of childrenWe have two SEND schools cateringfor pupils aged 9 - 19. Our schools are basedin Ashford and Cranbrook and arecalm and orderly. Our ethos is to improve the outcomes for childrenirrespective of the obstacles faced. We work with rigour, pace and passion toensure our pupils achieve the best possible outcomes. In addition to academicoutcomeswe also embrace vocational outcomes and strive to provide our pupilswith the self-confidence to move to a position of independence and fulfilment.We are seeking progress andengagement guides to support pupils with learning and to enhance wellbeing. Youmaybe required to work across both school sites therefore a driving licence isessential. You will be confident with working with 2 or 3 pupils at a time todeliver intervention sessions and will have experience of working with SEND.Do you share our determinationtoimprove the outcomes for pupils Can you make a positive difference to thelives of our pupils If so, we would love to hear from you. The School servespupils aged 11-19, who havea range of primary diagnosis including autism,social, emotional and mental health difficulties and cognition and learningdifficulties.
