With a wealth of experience in this area of law, it is anticipated that the successful Private Client Solicitor will have strong businessacumen as this role will require undertaking fee earning work. You will need to have gained previous experience working within a private client team at a respected firm. The successful candidate will be directly involved in handling a caseload including willsdrafting, LPAs, Estate planning, court of protection matters and administration of estates. Occasional travel between the firm’s offices may be required on the basis to serve the needs of our clients. You will join a firm dedicated to providing a high levelof service, as well as understanding each clients unique needs.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Partners with upwards of 5+ years’ experience working within a similar role. Your previous experience will encompass the full remit of private client matters and you will be able to demonstrate strongbusiness development skills. The appointed legal professional will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail and possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to high standardsof client care, and a passion for private client law are all essential requirements for this post.
