Capita Software is looking for a New Technology Prototyping Lead. You will be working in a leadership team of experiencedand fast paced technology leaders, who are transforming the way that we produce software today and creating a best practice product and development organisation.Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to introduce innovation and modern developmenttechniques across the division and empowerment of the development community which will result in increased growth across our product portfolio.What youll be doing: building PoCs in collaboration with a core team of peers with varied skills and abilities,your role will be primarily hands on building using new technology like LCNC and serverless. defining and implementing development methodologies based on Low Code No Code, Serverless techniques creating fail-fast validated learning approach to foster quarterlyproduct releases ensuring that customer value is the basic reason for development introducing data-based success metrics approach for development impact validation establishing best practice approach to each stage of the product development lifecycle fosteringrapid innovation through frameworks such as Design Sprint enabling portfolio business to create both incremental and greenfield propositions to increase the double-digit growth and reduce customer attrition providing regular coaching and support to the developmentleaders reviewing and shaping product strategies and roadmaps within the divisional businessesWhat were looking for:You are a thought leading Prototyping expert with hands on development experience of designing, creating and validating prototypes and proofsof concept in new technologies such as Low Code No Code, serverless and cloud . You are likely to have come from a development background and have acquired hands on development skills to the standard of being able to create proofs of concept using only yourown skills and ability. Having a successful record of designing and developing PoCs in environments such as Azure, Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Mendix, Oracle. You will have the ability to personally create hands on deliverables and inspire andcoach teams to innovate using modern design and development technologies like serverless and Low Code No Code. You will also have experience of bringing products to new digital marketplaces. Your people skills will enable to you win confidence and respectof other designers and developers in the organisation, and thus influence the ways they produce software. Customer centricity is your guiding principle, and you rarely make decisions that are not backed by data. Your enthusiasm and passion are infectious.ExperienceDelivered enterprise level B2B software products using modern development techniques Demonstrable hands on experience of modern design and development techniques Leveraged both quantitative and qualitative data to drive development improvements A proven backgroundin creating and implementing winning development strategies Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence a variety of tough stakeholders Ability to roll-up sleeves where needed and execute fast Experience of working in an innovative and fastexecution environment. Professionally qualified in appropriate business and software disciplines.
