We are looking for an experienced Multi trader to focus on reactive works within the patch. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for the area directly.You will be covering Southwark,Elephant and Castle, Lewisham and surrounding areas and will be given an L&Q van for business use. It is essential to have a driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arrangedif needed)Our Plumber Multi is expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of Bath Tap repairs/replacements Bath chip repairs, Shower installs both electric and Thermostatic, Kitchen sink repair/replacement along with possible worktop change, W/C OverhaulsNew Cooper pipe install, Have a Good understanding of all types of pipe work and knowledge of fault finding within properties to identify Leaks .Basic knowledge of other trades as you may be asked to assist others. The ideal candidate will have the relevantCity and Guilds/NVQ qualifications or will be qualified by experience. We will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.Customersatisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first time service. Limiting follow ons and increasing satisfaction.Our in housemaintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general.
