The starting salary for this role is £31,273 per annum for a 36 hour working week.We have been cooking good food in schools for over 70 years. We have been utilising MS Teams and SharePoint,as well as introducing a ticketing system whilst the Operations team have been required to work remotely. Twelve15 are ready to welcome a dedicated expert to the team to take us to the next level technologically in line with our business strategy.The RoleAnexciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious person who will be responsible for providing high quality support services to employees and clients within an operational team and support desk environment. The Learning Design and Technology Consultant willhave excellent communication skills as well as a good understanding of IT and SharePoint. The role will support the Finance and IT Lead with all IT and systems related tasks, be proactive in tackling issues before they arise and putting forward ideas in howto improve the current IT infrastructure to improve the user experience for colleagues and customers.You will be responsible for our SharePoint online solution, maintaining, supporting, problem solving and IT development for the organisation. You will becomethe IT and SharePoint point of contact for ticketing desk, helping to resolve triaged issues and ensuring our websites are functional and user friendly.What you will be doingYou will be part of our internal Twelve15 Operational team, assisting with the developmentof our IT infrastructure and processes, ticketed support desk, assisting with remote support and responding to all incoming email and telephone requests. On site support will be required where necessary. You will monitor the systems, identify, and respondto concerns or security breaches in a timely manner and assist with the setup and distribution of new IT hardware including Chromebook.Support encompasses assisting with a wide range of software and hardware including MS Office, Chromebooks (which we haveat each of our circa 250 client school sites), SharePoint, data capture forms, MS Teams, Printers, Desktop PCs, Laptops, Windows Operating Systems, Telephony Support. You will also liaise with Surrey County Councils central IT team and third-party providers.WhatTwelve15 are looking for A genuine passion for IT as a subject with a desire to stay ahead of trends within technology We would like to see some experience, ideally within customer service Excellent knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Confident when dealing with difficult, sometimes time constrained situations and decisions Impeccable organisational and time-keeping skills Ability to work in a team or a self-motivated environmentAtSurrey, our values and behaviours are just as important as our skills and abilities.
