The Dimensions team supports two ladies in the Gosport area to live in their own shared home and be an active part of the community in Gosport and surrounding area. They haveone to one allocated hours throughout the day. We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live, leading the team by example.You will be working on a rota of early and late shifts (7:00am - 2:30pm or2:30pm - 10:00pm) supporting these two ladies who have been diagnosed with learning and physical disabilities. The ladies we support enjoy going out and about in the community, attending clubs, arts and crafts, and music sessions. They enjoy spending timewith friends and family. They will need support with cooking, finances, cleaning and attending health appointments. They will also need support with personal care, medication administration and supporting the individuals to have as much independence as possible.They each lease an adapted vehicle so drivers are essential.In order to be considered for this role candidates must hold a full UK drivers licence.
