Job Description

A world-renowned medical imaging company is looking to hire a hybrid Imaging Account Manager to help sustain and continue its growth in the UK market, across both the X-Ray and Ultrasound modalities. As they are experiencing a huge growth, with 50% growthyear on year for the past 3 years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist join a growing specialist sales team and take a leading product portfolio to market.The company FMC continues to support leaders in the medical imaging space. This globally recognised brand is renowned for supplying state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, PACS/RIS, and diagnostic instruments, with an Ultrasound and X-ray portfolio at the very top ofthe market. They pride themselves on pushing boundaries with the latest technological advancements and are passionate about finding people dedicated to evolving solutions that provide the very best patient care.The role As an Imaging Account Manager, you’ll join a high-performing sales team and be responsible for winning new business and maintaining existing accounts across the UK North. You’ll develop a strong understanding of the X-Ray and Ultrasound product portfolioand building long-term relationships with clients to provide them with quality training and support. If you are talented at both opening new doors and then developing those accounts further, then this will be ideal for you.Other responsibilities include:

  • Receiving pre- and post-sales support from Applications Specialists
  • Learning the methodological requirements of the product portfolio
  • Maintaining excellent customer service
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Delivering a strong sales output for your region
The requirements You’ll be a qualified radiographer or sonographer with experience working in a Clinical environment with at least 1 year of experience, as well as:
  • Degree-level educated in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent understanding of the medical imaging market
  • Able to develop strong sales strategies and implement them tactically
  • Experience in selling into the NHS supply chain
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate credibly when customer-facing
  • Capable of managing own diary and operating in a field-based role
  • Energetic, vibrant, and commercially minded
  • A fast learner who presents a proactive approach, open-minded and independent
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Valid driver’s licence and willing to travel frequently within your territory
