Job Description

The RoleWe are delighted to be recruiting for exciting new HR Generalist vacancies created due to new and existing projects within the UK and and across the globe.The projects will see significant increase in headcount across the organisation and will require competent, hands on HR Advisors. There are currently 3 openings within the HR function for strong generalists and the roles will play a pivotal part inin consultations and TUPE of staff in the initial stages of the project and will partner closely with senior leaders within a fast paced demandingenvironment. Other areas of responsibility for the HR Advisor will include:

  • Advice & Guidance
  • Employee relations
  • Investigations including disciplinary and grievance
  • Performance management
  • Absence management
  • Immigration
  • Capability training promoting best practise
  • Payroll queries and amendments
  • Workforce planning
  • Talent & selection
  • Policies & procedures
  • Consultations
  • TUPE transfers
  • Change management
  • MI reporting
  • HR projects

The roles will be predominantly office based onsite with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week.The Business:Our client is a growing global organisation with circa 62,000 employees across the globe who offer specialist services in engineering. You will be competent in coaching and guiding a management population withthe ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
