ESKDALE CASTLETONOur client is a small independent business, with proven growth year after year. Their ethos is locally sourced produce served with excellence. They’re situated in the North Yorkshire Moors with a bounty of delicious ingredients at their fingertips. Theireclectic menus reflect the seasons, bridging the gap of much-loved pub classics and modern British. They are looking for an experienced, passionate and reliable head chef to join their existing successful small team. The position will be to manage the kitchen,stock and menus - assisting with hospitality where necessary. The ideal candidate will have proven success and a genuine love for what they plate up and how it is sourced. Knowledge of all kitchen stations, to a high standard, is a MUST.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Food safety Level 1 and 2
  • 5+ years previous experience
  • Previous Head Chef experience – This doesn’t have to be extensive, experience of 1 role would suffice
  • Ability to travel to a rural location
  • Have a motivated and inspiring mindset
  • The ability to work as part of a fully functioning team with a can-do mindset
  • Be committed to ensuring customers/clients receive a faultless service
