And its what every individual within our Connect team cares passionatelyabout.Our Graduate Development Programme offers an exciting opportunity for you to gain exposure to the MSK field whilst supporting you along the way with brilliant levels of training and support. And when working in Occupational Health, you will be supportingour clients employees with being safe at work or safely return to work with musculoskeletal conditions. Youll develop your clinical knowledge with a detailed understanding of the operational workplace environment.Commencing in September 2022, there are three distinct phases to your structured 2 year development programme, combining theory with practice-based learning. You will receive mentoring from your clinical buddy from day 1 where you will initiallyshadow and then partner in patient interactions, whilst developing your knowledge through structured workshops delivered by our clinical experts and leaders. These centre around the programme objectives of clinical reasoning in line with our clinical philosophy,red flags and safety and communication skills. By week 4 you should progress to lead your own clinical caseload, all whilst having the support of your buddy with scheduled weekly time to review and continue learning.After 3 months, you will transition on to a more accelerated development programme consisting of over 70 hours of teaching sessions within your paid working week. In a workshop environment the programme is evidence based, people centred and practical innature making the MSK learning experience accessible and less confusing.Were looking for:

Youll need:

• To have achieved or be on-track for a 2:2 or above in your Physiotherapy BSc, *Sports Therapy, *Sports Rehabilitation, *Sport and Exercise Therapy, *Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, *Sport and Exercise Therapy and Rehabilitation, *Sports Therapy withRehabilitation, *Sports Rehabilitation and Conditioning, *Sport and Rehabilitation Therapy (*endorsed by BASRAT/SST), Chiropractic, Osteopathy and Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) degree.
• If you are a Masters student, you should have completed or be on track to successfully complete your MSc in the above degree subjects by September 2022.
• The desire to turn new ways of thinking into everyday patient care.
