A hand-on varied role assisting in running the day-to day operations at Dyrham Park. We have multiple outlets to manage including the main cafe and 3 outside kiosks serving a variety of freshly made cakes, bakes and savoury food.This is a fixed term contractdue to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 15 months.What youll be doingYoull work with our Food & Beverage Manager to manageour entire Food & Beverage operation. Youll always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver an even tastier end result for the visitor. We want to hear your ideas: we want to know what else we can do to get our customerstalking and tasting.
