You will be expected to handle a caseload that will contain a mix of general commercial dispute resolution work, including contractual disputes, professional negligence, partnership disputes and asset recovery. The team is forward thinking, proactiveand collaborative, with a solid commitment to delivering excellence for their clients.CANDIDATE:As a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will need to have gained a minimum of five years experience in this area of law. You may have been involvedin commercial and contractual disputes, company disputes and disputes between shareholders and/or disputes in relation to financial services; any of this experience would be of interest.The ideal candidate will have gained experience to date within good qualityfirms and will have a sound commercial approach to your work. You will thrive in a role where you are resolving problems and working under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
