Job Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with one of the leading national manufacturers of Hardware solutions for the Fenestration industry, who are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their team, covering the North East Region.This is a great opportunity to join a brand who has had a very strong presence within the market for a long time, who have been trusted by their customers for many years. Opportunities to join these types of businesses rarely come about, so we would adviseto register your interest quickly!Main Duties:

  • Responsible for day-to-day Sales Management of nominated customer accounts and business development through both Distribution back sell and direct accounts.
  • Develop new business within the sector.
  • Persuade customers to buy their products through all channels.
  • Discuss pricing, after-sales customer service, guarantees and delivery schedules with customers.
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Ensure the loyalty of existing customers.
  • Relay market intelligence back to the management team.
  • Complete sales-associated paperwork.
  • Be a proactive member of the team.
  • Implement new strategies within Channel and at Company level.
Experience
  • Proven sales record in a multi-disciplined field based role.
  • Advanced technical sales skills in a B2B environment.
  • Must have a technical understanding of fenestration security products.
  • Essential experience in the fenestration market.
