Job Description

A great opportunity to advance your career within an Animal health company who improve the health and welfare of animals through innovative products and services.Our client is committed to making a positive impact on the health and welfare of animals. The company is working to provide high-quality products and services, to educate and train veterinarians and animal owners, and to support animal health research.Territory: South, South East & North UK (Excluding Scotland and Midlands)Responsibilities:

  • Sell products to achieve the revenue and growth targets set periodically for your sales territory
  • Maintain profitability at territory and practice level by ensuring practices have the best product mix to achieve improved margins
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings as required within and outside your territory to support business goals
  • Utilise the mobile laboratory throughout the country as and when required
  • Actively report competitor activity and data and work cross functionally to support the marketing team
  • Carry out market research, market monitoring and competitor monitoring on both an ad hoc and structured basis reporting back to Commercial Director or other colleagues as required
About You:
  • Veterinary Science degree or equivalent
  • Animal Health experience (specifically existing contacts in the Companion Animal space)
  • Understanding of molecular biology
  • Business acumen
  • Planning and Organising
  • Brand Plan Execution
