Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational and budgetary responsibility for all aspects of contract management and customer relationship, leading and inspiring a contract delivery team in delivering hard and soft services, nationally.
  • Public sector contract delivering services to 27 locations in the North of England, Scotland and Belfast, leading a team of hard and soft services operatives
  • Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery.
  • Ensuring KPIs are successfully achieved consistently across all service areas, avoiding financial penalties
  • Have full budgetary responsibility for the allocated contracts.
  • Deliver a contract that achieves 100% statutory compliance, KPI adherence, and critical engineering asset framework to protect and enhance customer assets.
  • Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaboration.
  • Maximise the potential of Atalian Servest, leverage relationships and implement solutions that drive productivity and service enhancements.
  • Implement CCS contract performance management procedures including KPI targets and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure that the contract team are provided with the necessary levels of support from the wider Atalian Servest team.
About You:
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Experience working in a similar role for a Facilities Management service provider, preferably within the Public Sector
  • Qualified to degree level or have extensive experience at Senior Management level running TFM facilities management contracts.
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of understanding of critical environment infrastructure, capital project delivery and energy management services.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen including the application of Crown Commercial Service contracts.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully working with public sector clients.
  • A decisive individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with good time management and leadership skills.
  • A creative thinker, with the ability to develop a solution as well as analyse the problem.
  • BPSS security clearance and SC are required, which will be funded by the business.
