A leading multi model logistics business is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Normanton site. As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the customer through the delivery journey; ensuring clear linesof communication with the Transport team and assisting with all administrative duties. This role is based on a permanent night shift.The role is a mix of Customer Service and Administrative duties and so a background in both is essential. You will work closely with the Transport team to ensure customer service levels are adhered too; providing updates on delivery times and assisting withdrivers as and when required. From an administrative direction you will ensure paperwork is completed and provided to drivers; data entry and input jobs on to the bespoke system.As well as a background in Customer Service and Administration; our client would ideally like someone to have a background in Transport or Logistics. Ideally the person will be confident; strong communicator and able to work under pressure. The right candidatewould need to be confident working on Microsoft Outlook; Excel and Word. The role will be based in their Normanton site working 4 on 4 off night shift; 6pm - 6am. On offer is a salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
