Solicitor with a background in residential property or a Licensed Conveyancer.Based Norfolk.Client DetailsMulti-site law firm based in East Anglia.DescriptionPost holders must demonstrate:Ethics, professionalism and judgement1. Act honestly and with discretion and integrity, in accordance with the law and withregulatory requirements and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Handbook andCode of Conduct2. Maintain the level of competence and legal knowledge needed to practice effectively,taking into account changes in their role and/or practice context and developmentsin the law3. Attend training as and when required4. Draw on a sufficient detailed knowledge and understanding of their field(s) of workin order to practice effectively5. Apply understanding, critical thinking and analysis to solve problemsTechnical legal expertise1. Undertake legal research and obtain relevant facts2. Develop and advise on relevant options, strategies and solutions3. Open, plan, manage, progress and close legal matters and transactions, handling acaseload of residential conveyancing matters4.
