Job Description

The RoleReporting to the Technical Director, this Solar PV Engineer role will focus on B2B installations within industrial applications. As part of a team of 12, this remote position will require extensive travel across East Anglia and will include the followingresponsibilities:

  • Assess and measure locations to ensure suitability for solar panels
  • Installation of Solar PV systems for commercial projects
  • Deliver excellent quality work whilst complying to H&S regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and be respectful in customer properties
  • Compile & complete installation reports and summarize key results and conclusion
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams (sales, customer support etc and external functions i.e. suppliers, contractors
  • On occasion train, mentor & support new team members
The Individual The successful candidate be a highly skilled installer or have a background in solar PV installations, however strong electricians and/or roofers will also be considered as industry specific training will be provided. The candidate must have strong attentionto detail, be comfortable working at height and in outdoor conditions, have excellent customer service skills, a high work ethic and a full UK driving license.
