There is flexibility in terms of the size of accounts, industry and any specialisms you will inherit e.g commercial,corporate or farming risks.You will look to establish great client relationships with the book and from there look to grow the account however the new business vs servicing can be discussed and agreed on at interview depending on the candidates skillset.We are looking for a more experienced account executive for this hire and an individual with the right attitude and gravitas to have influence in the wider company and team and who will be able to enjoy future progression or will come in at a very seniorexecutive level.This is a great opportunity for any executive looking to take a step up or to join a brilliant firm in a senior role with lots of support and resource around servicing your account and making you as efficient in the role as possible.The employer in mention treats their staff as individuals and not numbers.
