Penguin Recruitment is interesting in speaking with Principal Planners regarding an opportunity to join a well-established team in South Norfolk.This uniquely challenging role is of great importance as the new addition will effectively run the day-to-day operations of the planning side of the business.Our client is are able to offer full building consultancy services thanks to our team of in-house Architects, Surveyors, Technicians and Consultants. This coupled with their long-established brand and solid reputation across the region makes them a first-choice for professional building consultancy services.As a key member of the Building Consultancy division, the primary focus of the role is to offer expert planning advice for a range of projects, including residential development schemes, public sector works, community projects, agricultural to residential change of use, works to Grade I & II listed buildings, as well as working on planning applications in order to increase asset value.Job requirementsWe are seeking a hands-on, personable and suitably qualified professional who is able to work independently and who will enjoy working as part of a small team within an independent business, where your contribution is truly valued.
