Are you a maintenance professional with Airport, Oil & Gas or refinery backgroundInterested in considering a permanent opportunity within military bulk fuels operationsSalary £40,000 (Mon - Friday)+ Excellent Pension and Generous Leave.Due to continued investment, our fuels client is seeking an Operations Maintenance Coordinator, to be responsible for the safe and efficient coordination of bulk fuel operations and maintenance at RAF Marham in Norfolk.The roleYou will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the fuel infrastructure to ensuring the delivery of aviation fuel, on time, within specification, while maintaining the asset in a safe and compliant state.You will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of the operations and maintenance interface at RAF Marham, and other bases in their region. You will be expected to work as part of a Team, developing common processes and if required, support operationsat RAF Stations outside of their allocated cluster.Your experience and qualificationsYou should have an HNC (or equivalent Level 5) or be able to demonstrate a higher level of industry experience. Previous working knowledge of working in Airport or Oil Terminals/Refineries and or maintenance processes is highly desirable but not essential.Experience in implementing a Control of Work system and a NEBOSH General Certificate would be desirable.Preferably you will have experience in fuels hazardous operations and maintenance, preferably COMAH regulated, and be able to demonstrate a safe working record, compliant with safe systems of work and procedures. The ability to maintain a calm and effectiveapproach in difficult/planning situations is essential for this role.You will possess excellent organisational, and communication skills, due to the multifaceted aspect of the role. A proven ability to prioritise is essential as the role holder will be looking after multiple projects with differing deadlines.Individuals must be medically fit to undergo Breathing Apparatus and Confined Space training and operations. You will also need to have a full (preferably clean) driving licence.
