Working within either the on-hire or recoveries team, who work collaboratively to ensure seamless service, your role will be to communicate with the client ensuring theyare providing an exemplary service when it comes to recovery/on-hire services.This is a great opportunity to join their supportive, flexible and quality led culture, their comprehensive training, progression, and professional support programmes will provide you with a real opportunity to build a successful career.Duties to include:

  • Taking responsibility for your own account of cases.
  • Dealing with various aspects of recovery.
  • Providing clients with accurate updates on the process of their claims.
  • Accurately signposting the client where needed.
  • Obtaining any relevant documentation from clients.
  • Using the internal case management system, ensuring this is up to date and accurate.
  • Investigating liability disputes.
  • General administrative duties related to your role.
You will have/be:
  • Experience within a customer service focussed role.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a high-pressured environment.
  • Capability to persuade and influence.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A professional and honest approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
This is a full-time, permanent role working on a rota basis working between 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 38.5 hours per week. The offered salary for this role is competitive dependent on experience.
