Job Title:Home Based New Build Mortgage BrokerLocation:NorfolkBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:J1182NBMCRemuneration:Basic to £28,000 plus car or allowance, all IT equipment, OTE £55k - £80kOverview:An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker to join a well-known national broker firm in the new build department covering the Norfolk area. Working from home you will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week, and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.Main Duties:A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work from home with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.Dealing with local new build developers you will receive 4 - 6 hot new leads per week. You will offer mortgage and protection advice on a non-fee basis.
