Senior Counsel predominately remote working Eventus Recruitment are seeking a permanent in-house solicitor for an incredibly exciting animal care business. My client is one of the largest integrated animal care groups within Europe and have a turnover in excess of £550 million.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be the senior counsel working collaboratively with the procurement team, business division directors and external counsel reviewing, updating and maintaining Terms and Conditions for Group companies, also working on contracts for all aspects ofthe business.You will be responsible for identifying the need for external legal advice and management of external counsel on a range of legal issues.Providing advice and guidance to the business on all requirements of the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.Developing and providing training across the business on commercial law, compliance, processes and policies.Supporting the introduction of a commercial contracts policy framework.Person SpecificationYou will be a qualified solicitor with an absolute minimum of 5 years PQE gained wither within private practice or in-house.
