Are you an experienced property manager looking for a new challenge leading a large-scale project in Norwich, NorfolkWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced general practice chartered surveyor or equivalent to take the lead on a major site redevelopment, disposal and relocation case in Norwich. Description Main duties of the job - Disposals Manager (Intelligent Client) - 2 year FTC External consultancy appointments have been made to take the detailed work forward however this role is very much client facing and requires the coordination of activity as well as multi-stakeholder management. Liaising with those consultants and providingprofessional advice to the Trust regarding this project is the essence of the day job. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Estates & Facilities and will also be required to prepare and present reports to various governance levelswithin the Trust.As Property Manager, you will be responsible for agreeing and managing the activities of the external consultants on the planning application, disposal strategy and decant location options.As part of this work there will be a requirement to produce a short form business case to be approved relating to the disposal strategy and decant requirements/ options.ProfileDisposals Manager (Intelligent Client) - 2 year FTC would ideally have the following skills and experience.Experience of managing large value property redevelopment and disposal cases.Knowledge of building systems with practical knowledge within the NHS or public sector.Experience of working at a senior level in Project Management.Able to demonstrate examples of successful collaborative working at a senior level with other agencies.Must have current knowledge of Statutory Planning, Building Regulations / Building Services Codes of Practice, property leases, Heads of Agreement and be able to liaise effectively with Legal Services.Job OfferThis is a great role to lead on an interesting disposals program that will add real value to the Trust.
