An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Brooke, Norwich area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providersThis special care home really gets to know theresidents and the staff pride themselves on offering the highest quality care tailored to their needsThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needsin order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care Experience of managing a nursing home Good working knowledge of CQC standards Motivate and promote good working ethos within the home Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving serviceusers and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home Confidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitorsThe ability to maintain a full staffing team Create strong links with the local community A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home The successfulHome Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £60,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 40 hours a week from 9am to 5pm.
