Job Description

Salary: £50k - 55k per year + CommisionReference: 023/05/22Business Manager - NorfolkSalary - £50,000 - £55,000 plus commision.Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (one hour unpaid lunch)A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Business Manager to join Hamilton Cross, todeliver the growth-plan for the Branch/Region. You will have the opportunity to develop business across a large area/region in areas of hugely increasing demand.This is a full time, permanent position with a fantastic company who promotes from within and encourages their staff to reach their full potential.To be successful in this role, you will need a management background in Nursing and Healthcare Recruitment with a good track record of delivery. Along with a confident persona to manage a diverse team you will also be a strong communicator with great relationshipbuilding skills to grow the business.If you have the competitive spirit and desire to work to work in a fast moving, sales driven environment we would really like to hear from you.The expectations of your role are to:

  • Manage and continually develop a team of Recruiters and Bookings Coordinators.
  • Ensure the team builds a consistent pipeline of Locum Nursing and Healthcare Agency Workers.
  • Build, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients across the area/region.
  • Ensure a consistent Business Development & Recruitment focus, consistently managing the balance of supply and demand.
  • Provide an excellent service at all times to both temporary workers and clients.
  • Develop the Branch/Region strategically by constantly reviewing the efficiency of operations, the quality of delivery and the standing of the brand in the market.
  • Constantly push to increase the growth in weekly Nursing/Care Hours and Margin.
  • Put your personal/professional stamp on how this should be delivered within our framework.
  • Identify new markets and geographical areas and capitalise on all growth opportunities
