Call Centre Advisor - Work from homeBeing a Full Time Call Centre Advisor will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries theyhave, and upselling where possible. Therefore, we are looking for customer service focused and money motivated individuals to step forward.Daily duties:As a Call Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls. You will be representing a global broadband/mobile phone provider and delivering the very best customer service. You will be receiving calls from customers whoare coming to the end of their contract and who either want to renew or leave. We are looking for people who are not afraid to upsell and maximise sales opportunities - this is not an outbound or cold calling role and no sales experience is necessary as fulltraining is provided (3 weeks).Full Time Call Centre Advisor requirements:
