We are bronze aware holders of the Armed Forces Covenant and actively encourage applications from Armed Forces personnel veterans and reservists We are committed to our core values they are key to the way we work with our colleagues customers and suppliersjoining us would mean upholding these values in everything you doProfessionalism Achieving the Highest StandardsAccountability ownership and responsibility of our actions Respect For each other and customersTransparency open in the way we engage and do business Innovation Enthusiasm for new ideas and technologiesOur Enforcement Officers play a big part in clamping untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLADealing with members of the public is a big part of the role, sometimes in difficult circumstances, so you must be a great communicator.What youll be doingTo liaise with members of the public and give advice regarding the clamp and finesTo advise the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle Can often work with other agencies, when required including, Police, DVLA and VOSADeals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available Must be flexible in their attitude to working hours, locations and must be prepared to take on other roles, temporarily, as requiredby the operation.Be presentable and show high levels of personal integrity and honesty Attends a daily briefing and collects all de-clamp information and reports relevant to the days workEnsures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviceable and fit for purpose reports all faults to the Pound Manager. All relevant stationary clamps and locks are on the vehicle Completes daily reports regarding activities, clamp loads and equipmentissuesWhat youll needDriving licenceComputer literate Ability to communicate with the public often in difficult and demanding circumstances.Ability to compile simple reports Customer serviceAble to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts(some flexibility in shifts that suits you also)Work unsupervised
