Job Description

  • £22,000.00 up to £30,000.00 OTE with commission
  • Hybrid working

Our client, a successful office solutions company, is looking for a telesales agent to join their team in order to increase sales and arrange appointments for their salespeople.As a Telesales Agent, you will be:
  • answering calls from existing customers and potential customers
  • creating new leads for the salespeople and arranging appointments
  • discovering new leads and making contact
  • ringing prospects to generate sales
  • providing exceptional customer service
  • getting involved with marketing including representing the firm at exhibitions and shows
The successful Telesales Agent will have:
  • previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • experience in a sales role
  • exceptional verbal communication
