Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an internal Sales & Lettings Negotiator, with a niche local business. This is not a traditional estate agency position, but it would suit a candidate with experience within Estate Agency. Knowledge of the Property Market in London would be advantageous but is by no means essential. This role involves some business travel, so please only apply if you have the flexibility to be away from home overnight on an ad hoc basis, as a guide this would likely be on average 2 nights a week. This business supports clients with property purchases and rentals. You will be tasked with finding suitable properties for the business’s clients.Duties

  • Conducting property searches on behalf of the business’s clients, ensuring you meet specific requirements.
  • Reporting on suitable properties, underlining their suitability.
  • Arranging for surveys.
  • Obtaining quotations for renovations and alterations.
  • Updating the internal system with progress.
  • Updating clients throughout the process.
    • This role requires a tenacious and motivated candidate, with the ability to identify suitable properties, and manage purchase and rental projects from start to finish. You may on occasion be required to work during the weekend but would be able to take this time back in lieu.This is a fast-paced role within a small and very efficient team.
