We’re looking for a number of Production Operatives & Warehouse Assistants to join our team, based just off the A38, near Newton Abbot.Why you should join our team:- Negotiable salary (depending on experience)- Bonus when you join us- Full training- 25 days’ holiday (increasing to 28) plus Bank Holidays- Flexitime scheme- Cycle to work scheme- Health cash plan- Our Newton Abbot site is easily accessible with on-site free parking- Enhance your industry experience with a respected, ground-breaking businessWhat you’ll be getting up to:As one of our Production Operatives & Warehouse Assistants, you’ll help to produce our leading-edge technologies and get them out to our customers as efficiently as possible.In this fast-moving role, you’ll assemble the electronic products that make our IT solutions possible, as well as helping to keep our warehouse running like clockwork.Working from our busy manufacturing site, you will:- Take ownership of your own quality of work and output in a cellular assembly model- Hand solder and remove through-hole and surface mount components- Use test equipment to ensure products meet our high standards- Load and unload vehicles and pick and pack orders- Perform stock counts- Occasionally carry out some driving tasksWhat you’ll need:It would be great if you had experience in an electronics environment, but that’s by no means essential. What’s more important is a desire to learn, a great eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
