Job Description

My client, a leading manufacturer in their field, are now looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their friendly supportive team.Role Overview

  • Responding promptly to enquiries
  • Ensure all activity is customer focused and pro-active
  • Processing customer orders and quotations
  • Handling customer queries
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processing Sales Orders using Sage Line 50
  • Filing paperwork
  • Communicating lead times and delivery to customers
  • Handling incoming calls and e-mails
  • Administrative support
  • Communicating with customers regarding their products
  • Various administrative functions including – typing, filing, photocopying and data entry
  • Supporting the Customer Support Manager and other colleagues
  • Generating relevant weekly and monthly reports
Desirable Skills / Qualities
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good IT Skills (Excel / Word), Outlook, SageLine 50 or similar database package
  • Organised and high level of attention to detail
  • Works well within a team
Days/Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (half an hour for lunch)26 days holiday per year (plus 8 days bank holidays)Company Pension SchemeParkingPlease note that this is an office-based role
