Job Description

Job Title: Vocational CoachLocation: NewportSalary: £13.30per hourHours: Full time. Monday - Thursday 08.30-17.00pm Friday 08.30-16.30pm Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Vocational Coach working on a Full time basis. Knowledge & DesirableExperience

  • Recent experience of working within the relevant delivery sector(essential)
  • Working knowledge of the education and training sector
  • Experience in teaching vocational training
  • Experience in developing lesson plans, content and curriculum todeliver trainingDesirable Qualifications
  • Vocational qualifications at the same level or higher of those beingdelivered (essential)
  • Full driving licence
  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Level 4 Information, Advice and Guidance
  • Level 2 English and mathsSkills
  • Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills inMicrosoft office, learner management systems and Virtual learningenvironments
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational skills and a sound attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy
  • Ability to manage targets and deadlines
  • Positive influencingBehaviours
  • Adhere to the ALT code of conduct, values and behaviours
  • Adhere to the professional standards for teachers and trainers:-
