Job Description

Are you an experienced and qualified SEN Teacher looking for a new challenge Do you have a passion for supporting children and young people with complex learning difficultiesIt is a special school for pupils aged 3-19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including autism, physical and sensory impairments, and medical needs. We offer a stimulating and nurturing environment, where every pupil is valued and respected.As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs and abilities of our pupils. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, teaching assistants, and external agencies to ensure highstandards of teaching and learning. You will also contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities, events, and training.To be eligible for this role, you must have:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent- Experience of teaching children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities- A positive and flexible attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils- A willingness to learn and develop your professional practiceThe pay for this role is £157.66 per day, minimum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, during term time only.
